Preva takes great pride in our products and customer service. Currently all sales are final. In the rare case that a product is defective please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase. These circumstance will be handled by our customer service.
All packages will be shipped through USPS Priority mail. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. All order placed by 5pm will be processed that day and will be shipped within 24 hours. Preva ships product Monday- Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or National Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal payments. All of our payments are secured through First Data.
No card information is ever saved at Preva Hair and it remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during and after the product purchase. All transactions are processed though First Data Payments and PayPal which are a secure forms of payment. First Data and PayPal are heavily encrypted third party-payment processors.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Every package will receive a tracking number that can be tracked through our third party courier service. Preva is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that correct address is imputed during the checkout process. In the case that the provided tracking number shows that the package was delivered and the customer states that they did not receive the package, Preva will not be held responsible. Customer will be referred to third party courier service to have this issue resolved.
